Telephone interview . As all the other companies, I was first invited by a recruiter for a telephone interview, it is about 30 minutes. After waiting for 2 weeks, they told me they found another candidate who is more fit of skills and experiences.

Organised , 2-3 rounds , more about media experience and more follow-up questions … last few minutes for questions to hiring manager … confident answer in STAR method is best way to proceed
They have a very well-structured hiring process and scheduling interviews was incredibly easy and convenient. The recruiter was super friendly throughout our entire interaction, and they thoughtfully provided post-interview feedback to me, which I greatly appreciated receiving.
