I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Google (Dublin, Dublin)
Interview
Got in through the referral scheme and then had a 30 minute phone interview. Basic questions about background, education and employment history. Didn't go further than this in the interview process as I did not have enough sales experience in the end for the role.
The only thing I was out off post-interview when I asked about re-applying for other roles was that I was told they advise waiting 6-12 months before reapplying to Google. I didn't quite get this as their could be another role advertised before then that would could be a perfect fit for me. I don't know of any Jobseekers who has 6-12 months to wait for a new job!

Question 1
None of the typical "Google brain teasers" came up for me. Most difficult question was how would I improve an AdWords campaign that was not on target.
The interview process for the customer service representative position at Google was structured and professional. The questions focused on previous experience, communication skills, problem-solving, and handling customer situations. The overall process was straightforward and consistent with the responsibilities of the role.

They have a very well-structured hiring process and scheduling interviews was incredibly easy and convenient. The recruiter was super friendly throughout our entire interaction, and they thoughtfully provided post-interview feedback to me, which I greatly appreciated receiving.
