I applied online. I interviewed at Google (Seattle, WA) in Jan 2021
Interview
It was a standard phone interview with a recruiter asking basic work history questions. It lasted about 30 minutes. The next two interviews would have been with team members and then a final interview with a hiring manager. I was told I would not be invited back for the next steps over email a few days later.

They have a very well-structured hiring process and scheduling interviews was incredibly easy and convenient. The recruiter was super friendly throughout our entire interaction, and they thoughtfully provided post-interview feedback to me, which I greatly appreciated receiving.
