The interview process was a 3 step process. The first interview was a phone interview and was relatively simple. The second interview was a video interview and was with a current google employee. The third interview was back to back with the second and was with another google employee. You really had to prepare using the star approach to answer all questions. There were no crazy interview questions like "how many tennis balls can fit in an airplane?". Questions were fairly simple and straightforward.

I only made it to the phone screen which was a run through of resume and one question. The question was “how would you open an ice cream shop” with no additional context. Google has a specific way they want you to respond and there’s tons of resources on how to answer.
