I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Google
Interview
First, screening with HR. Then 3 different interviews (GCA(general cognitive ability), Googlyness, RRK(role related knowledge).
GCA = STAR questions mostly
Googlyness = your culture/mindset availability for Google environment
RRK = STAR questions + hypothetical questions.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Mostly STAR questions like (Tell me about a time about the biggest challenge with your clients + Tell me about a time about the main obstacles in your biggest project) etc.
Also, some hypothetical questions like (what would you do if your client cut the budgets etc.)
The interview process for the customer service representative position at Google was structured and professional. The questions focused on previous experience, communication skills, problem-solving, and handling customer situations. The overall process was straightforward and consistent with the responsibilities of the role.

I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Google (Dublin, Dublin)
Interview
Organised , 2-3 rounds , more about media experience and more follow-up questions … last few minutes for questions to hiring manager … confident answer in STAR method is best way to proceed
They have a very well-structured hiring process and scheduling interviews was incredibly easy and convenient. The recruiter was super friendly throughout our entire interaction, and they thoughtfully provided post-interview feedback to me, which I greatly appreciated receiving.
