The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Google in Sep 2010
Interview
Google interviews can be intimidating.
This interview was an on-campus interview for an entry-level position in AdWords. They asked me behavioral questions like
1. Tell me a time when you were a member of a team and someone wasn't doing their part.
2. What is one of your weaknesses?
These questions they like to see specific examples.
I also got a random "Google" question: If there was an earthquake in your hometown, how would you design the evacuation plan? They just want to see if your though process is logical and makes sense.

They have a very well-structured hiring process and scheduling interviews was incredibly easy and convenient. The recruiter was super friendly throughout our entire interaction, and they thoughtfully provided post-interview feedback to me, which I greatly appreciated receiving.
