I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Google (San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2023
Interview
Confusing, Disorganized, Impersonal. I went several weeks without hearing anything, but was expected to respond pretty immediately to schedule anything. One of my last interviews before I was told I was no longer being considered was one of the worst interviews I had ever had in my life. I had no idea why the person who was interviewing me, was even interviewing me. He seemed completely disinterested in me, literally rolled his eyes at my answers, and it made me wildly uncomfortable.

They have a very well-structured hiring process and scheduling interviews was incredibly easy and convenient. The recruiter was super friendly throughout our entire interaction, and they thoughtfully provided post-interview feedback to me, which I greatly appreciated receiving.
