I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Google
Interview
I was referred for a position that was not yet advertised and put in touch with the hiring manager who suggested a call. I was under the impression that this was to explain the position and discuss how I could be a fit. I was not told that this was going to be an interview, with an additional intervieweer present. The interview felt like they were trying to see if I could on the spot solve some of the challenges they had been struggling with for a while, without really giving me the time or enough context to understand them. I was ghosted afterwards.

Well structured, they provided good materials to help you be successful -- up front, a recruiter calls you and immediately after the call sends an email with interview tips. Then, there's a phone screen which is a standard product design or product sense question, then a full day of four product interviews and one "technical" interview.
