Very good experience over all. The interviewers were very nice and the overall process was smooth and confortable. I wasn't able to make it thru the whole interview process as my working knowledge with programming was not where it needed to be at the time.

Experience with programming and knowledge with algorithms and their use cases is needed.
Interviewing at Google is interesting; it's very slow, but they act like they're on your side along the whole process. Your recruiter will follow up between interviews (which can be spread out over a long period of time while WFH) and team selection. Although they only offered me one team, I'm confident I could have asked for alternatives if I really didn't feel it.
