This job interview was an amazing experience! From start to finish, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The team made me feel genuinely valued and wanted, which really stood out compared to other interviews I’ve attended. Their approach was professional yet personal, striking the perfect balance between understanding my qualifications and creating an engaging conversation.
What impressed me the most was how they made an effort to understand me not just as a candidate, but as a person. They asked thoughtful questions and seemed genuinely interested in my experiences and aspirations. This wasn’t just an evaluation—it felt like a mutual exploration of whether we’d be a good fit for each other.
I also appreciated how transparent and open they were about the role and the company culture. It gave me a clear sense of what to expect and helped me envision myself as part of their team. The respect and enthusiasm they showed made the process enjoyable rather than nerve-wracking.
Overall, this experience has left a lasting positive impression on me. I’d definitively go through a job interview with this company again, without hesitation. It’s rare to feel this uplifted and inspired after an interview, but they made it happen!

The five rounds of Google’s UX interview process, while thorough, can feel unnecessarily lengthy and repetitive. Streamlining the structure by consolidating overlapping elements, such as combining portfolio reviews with research discussions or behavioral interviews with team-fit assessments, could enhance efficiency without sacrificing depth. A shorter, more focused process would respect candidates’ time while still allowing Google to assess their skills comprehensively.
Good As i watched over many other people collect ideas and share them and to then bring them to life was fascinating and really enjoyable would definitely think about doing it long term
