Hilti Group Project Manager interview questions

What stood out in my interview with Hilti was that the conversation was far less about domain expertise and far more about leadership behaviour. Very early on, it became clear that they assume domain skills can be learned—what they actively probe is how you think, lead, and take ownership.

It was a very friendly process without any hidden agenda. direct questions and wonderful response timing. They were very helpful, even setting up a call to give me feedback and points of improvement.
