Hilti Group Project Manager interview questions

I had a very open and pleasant discussion with the leader of the project management department and the coach of agile. They asked me about my previous experiences and projects. How I solved different situations.

Applied to Project Manager position. Got invitation for psychometric testing straight away, upon completion of which got invited for digital interview later that day. After completion of digital interview, did not hear about it for 5 weeks. Incidentally applied for a similar project manager position in a different city, with the same CV and cover letter and got invited for psychometric test again, after a few hours. Logged in and the psymetrics app submitted the results of previous test., which led to invitation for digital interview again. Prepared for interview for a few days and when logged in, the app automatically submitted the previous digital interview I guess. I am under the impression the test and digital interview are for anyone who applies and not the progress to next stage in application process as the inviting email suggests.
