I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at IBM (Gurgaon, Haryana) in May 2009
Interview
They called me up over phone and it was a good 1-hour interview. Questions ranged from Core Java, XML, Servlets, and some RDBMS concepts. I would rate the questions to be rather easy but pretty broad within the specified subjects. I was confident of having answered about 75% of the questions pretty well, and made reasonable guesses for the rest.
