IBM Applications Developer interview questions

First a general phone call with a couple of people where they talk about the role and my your experience. Lasts about 30 minutes. My experience was very friendly and informal. After a time you are invited to an "assessment day", where there will be a number of people. I don't think anyone there was competing for the same role. An initial set of presentations followed by group interview, then you wait in the briefing room for your (one on one) technical interview and (one on one) partner interview.
