IBM Consultant interview questions

I participated in the undergraduate recruiting program. I contacted IBM through an on campus career fair and the interview process was conducted in Washington DC. I had 3 individual interviews.

College Interview (On-site) - Wait under the Interview calls you into the room. The person will ask you set of question about yourself and what qualification you have for the position (refer to cv). The whole interview process takes 30-45 minutes so you want to prepare your answers beforehand. Practice interview questions and be prepared to give your best answers. Watch the type of questions the interview asks and adjust your answers to what they want - Factual answers, Problem-solving answers, Emotional (how you interact with difficulty, teams), etc.
