Initial phone interview. Then followed by logic and math test. These were easy. If you score more than 60% they invite you to an interview. This interview is done at IBM itself by two consultants that have experience in the field.

I interviewed at my college's career center. I interviewed with 3 people back to back for 30 mins each. One case interview, two more behavioral interviews. Only one round! I got a phone call a couple of weeks later letting me know that they were going to offer me a job, and got the official offer letter a few weeks later.

Three rounds of interview, one written round, two technical interview and final HR or Managerial round.
Here the interview the focus was on candidates with Java Background. Mainly asked questions from
Threading, String related questions, JVM etc.
Asked to even write a simple program.
