Interview
Online application, followed by telephone interview and assessment centre (three interviews and group exercise). The process was well-structured and a good deal of context was given about the firm at each stage. The initial telephone interview focussed on identifying broad skills overlap with the firm and determining rapport. The assessment centre then probed more deeply, testing team work, presentation, analytical and communication skills and assessing capabilities from a business and technical point of view.

Technical interview questions are very thorough and probe a wide range of practical expertise. it's important to have plenty of practical examples to mention and to be able to explain them clearly and simply.

Interview
Got a mail from recruiter.
Applied.
3 Months later i got an email for skill test.
1 month later i got an email that skill test i PASSED skill test.
Couple of weeks later got an email asking for availability for 1 on 1 interview.
Another few weeks passed by.. got an email that 1 on 1 PASSED, need to go for PDM round.
In between they asked for soft copies of education & past experience documents.
Finally PDM....
PDM had no clue what to ask & how to deal. Ultimately PASSED, End of discussion he said he is going to send positive feedback. I can expect a call in a week.
There are 2 chances of negotiation, first when you are in PDM another once you get offer. But they don't entertain much. They stick around their original numbers.
No call/email for another two weeks.
Got a mail that they can not take candidature forward due to INTERNAL REASONS.
Very very limited discussion over phone. You cant call them as they will call you from board number & there is no attendant if you call on that number.
Recruiter not much helpful. His emails are kind of little bossy and like they are not doing the job, they are doing favor to candidates.
Overall very Pathetic, frustrating, confusing & Extremely delayed process.

More than 3 months in my case. There were 4 interviews (HR, Partner, Hiring manager and Project Executive). Process was unclear to me and not very good conducted by internal recruiter, the offer was verbally told me (with no formal confirmation) but finally I accepted it.

Hiring manager decided not to meet in person and call me on mobile during working hours. It was unexpected and very uncomfortable to me, but he did not care.
