I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at IBM (Bengaluru) in Oct 2014
Interview
One Aptitute test and one Vocabulary and E-mailing test. Both were online tests. Aptitutde test was there for an hour, while Other one was of 20 minute. Whoever have cleared these round will almost get into the company unless and until they do some blunders. Process was very easy if you have gone through some Soft skill training and know some basic Mathematics and Programming langauges.
I've received an email from IBM saying that I have to pass an IPAT which is a test very similar to an IQ test. Basically you have around 1min 45 seconds to answer each question. (40 questions in total). After completing the test, i got a rejection email saying I didn't get the required score to pass.
