IBM Developer interview questions

Many employees come in after one (or often many) internships. The internship interview was less technically challenging than some other companies'. There were two phone screens before hiring as an intern. Both interviewers were friendly and helpful.

2 times interview, every time 4 people. 2 managers, 2 tech people
