IBM Software Developer interview questions

- Phone screening with some technical questions - Whole day interview with multiple people - White board discussion - how would you solve this or that - People skills questions - what would you do if this or that - 'Why should we hire you ?"

Initially there was a phone screening interview by the hiring manager and was asked some basic technical questions for 30 minutes. After the interview was over, I was asked to come for In-person interview next day.
