Overall a very good experience -- the interview was very pleasant and the interviewers were very nice. I exchanged a few emails with the project manager then was invited for a phone interview. I also had a few follow up questions by email.

Interview
Applied through referral. Two rounds of interview. First round was with hiring manager. He asked questions from my resume. He also asked some behavioral questions. The second round was with the team lead. It was more technical. He asked some basic questions from Java and some questions from my academic projects. After few days I was told that they would move next step in the hiring process. I was then asked to take IPAT test. I was given offer in two weeks.

Met hiring manager at meet up and he forwarded to hiring dept. Position was for software developer database and my background is Embedded still I thought I should try. I had 2 interviews with 2 different guys. 1 hour each. Basic coding questions, behavior questions.
