IBM Software Developer interview questions

Smooth interview process, terrible recruiters though. Recruiters ghosted me for a month post the final interview. Did not even receive any feedback despite hiring manager giving a verbal offer in the final round. Extremely frustrating process

it was nice experience. I discussed my projects, problem-solving approach, and experience with React and Java. Emphasized teamwork, debugging skills, and eagerness to learn. The panel asked about backend integration and secure coding practices.
