IBM Software Developer interview questions

Round 1 consists of an MCQ test to evaluate basic knowledge and problem-solving ability. Rounds 2 and 3 are technical interviews where candidates are assessed on technical skills, concepts, and practical understanding. Round 4 is the HR interview, focusing on communication skills, personality, cultural fit, and overall suitability for the role.

The interview process was very smooth, we talked about my resume for twenty minutes and toward the end of the interview i was given an easy leetcode question on arrays.
