Interview
Group Interview with 3 stages:
Presenting and selling a product. Every group is given a product and you have describe how you would sell it, compliment it and what price you would set.
Looking at a pre-built room and estimating what type of people would it be suitable for. Essentially, they give you a picture of a room and you have to guess along with your group, the age, marital status and occupation of the hosts.
Finally a one on one interview which was very relaxed and casual.

Interview
The interview process was pretty fast. I applied on a Sunday, received an email about a phone interview on Monday and was in for a face-to-face interview the following Wednesday. The questions were simple. Just be confident with your answers.

Question 1
If a customer came into the store looking for a bookshelf, what types of questions would you ask the customer to provide the best fit bookshelf for them?

Interview
It's lengthy- they check your CV first when you've applied for a specific job. If they like the look of you, you're emailed a link for an online pre-recorded interview. This is rather awkward, as you have to look in the camera and answer the questions that they've asked via a pre-recorded video. If they still like the look of you, you're invited to a group interview. This is fun, but the workers that you see around haven't been picked to make the experience better, they're who's employing you! This your chance to stand out and make a good impression. They also have the chance to 'steal' co-workers, because regardless of the job role you've applied for, if another department likes you they'll invite you to an interview. This interview is with the department manager, and if they still think that you're right for the role, your final interview is with the store's sales manager. If you've got to this part, you have the job (unless you say something drastic) and will ask for your size for the uniform. For this, bring your necessary documents as you'll need them.
