IKEA Team Leader interview questions

Applied for a Team Leader role with IKEA Tampines and was contacted about a week later by their HR Generalist and we agreed to have a call in the afternoon but she did not call as promised during the scheduled time. I then messaged her and she did not reply too. Only received a message at about 40 minutes after the promised time that she was in a meeting that overran. I mean she could have just dropped me a message earlier to let me know that she couldn't make it on time for the scheduled call right? It was really unprofessional on her part and I don't recommend anyone applying to roles in IKEA Tampines if they are all handled like this considering this application was for a Team Leader role and their staff can already be this unprofessional with regards to an application.
