JLR interview questions

Applied in October 2016. First stage was Situational Judgement tests, next step was psychometric tests and upon successfully completion of these i was invited to an assessment centre event in December 2016. During the assessment centre i took part in a group activity, an individual presentation based on an individual technical project i had completed and a 1:1 competency based interview.

Pretty straight forward process with an online application followed by a brief dialogue with the hir8ng manager. The human resource interview experience insights with job seekers so that they could use a little upgrade though. Applicants should be treated with respect as well.
