JLR interview questions

Applied online in November. then recived an email for SJT followed by a numerical and verbal test. half a day assessment centre which had one to one face to face interview, group activity and situational judgement test.

My first ever assessment centre. Reasonably organised. Assessment centre consisted of firstly a group assessment where we were given statistics on manufacturing/prices/model popularity etc. About different car models. Each member had a car model and the team needed to decide whos should be picked. This was difficult for me because there is LOTS of information there, and in total there were 9 memebers, so arguing which model to choose became competitive quickly. Next was an in tray exercise (multiple choice) with 2 maths questions based on buying 2 typss of the same stuff from different suppliers, which is cheaper.. Last was Interview.
