I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at JLR (Coventry, Engeland) in Nov 2017
Interview
Very long winded, abit like the aprentice. You sit in a room and wait to be collected by a different interviewer each time, the process was in 3 stages. Case study was three lines on a bit of paper asking to put together a procurement strategy together, nothing to worry about.

Interview
My first ever assessment centre. Reasonably organised. Assessment centre consisted of firstly a group assessment where we were given statistics on manufacturing/prices/model popularity etc. About different car models. Each member had a car model and the team needed to decide whos should be picked. This was difficult for me because there is LOTS of information there, and in total there were 9 memebers, so arguing which model to choose became competitive quickly.
Next was an in tray exercise (multiple choice) with 2 maths questions based on buying 2 typss of the same stuff from different suppliers, which is cheaper..
Last was Interview.
