I applied in-person. I interviewed at JLR (Gaydon, England) in Aug 2017
Interview
Applied for job opening via email by sending CV and cover letter. Interview organised with 2 weeks at JLR Gaydon Engineering center.
Interview was less technical, more so why your relevant experience will allow you to be a good fit at the company. Dress code was smart, whilst the interview was very casual, with the hiring team making you feel comfortable.

Interview
behavioral interview, technical interview, presentation - the process took almost 10 months from start to finish which had a very disappointing effect on me. I found HR to be moving way too slow, a lack of communication and professionalism was very very disappointing for a company such as JLR. Overall I think it was the worst HR related experience of my professional life of 15 years
