Initial online application, followed by situational tests. Afterwards, in a week or so received an email to complete the numerical reasoning tests. Relatively straightforward, it is possible to practice them before. Again, a week later received an invitation to an assessment day. Quite well planned and organised. Did not get an offer because despite passing all the stages other candidates did better on average.
