one presentation and one situation-based interview. There was a Q&A after the presentation, which wasn't too bad, and the interview was also pretty simple. The presentation was about one of the four pillars of the Reimagine strategy and how i would solve a problem JLR is facing,
The interview process was structured and focused on real problem-solving rather than just theoretical questions. It included an initial screening call, followed by deeper discussions on analytical thinking, SQL proficiency, and handling ambiguous data problems. I was asked to walk through past projects in detail, explain my hypothesis-driven approach, and demonstrate how I translate insights into business decisions. The process felt collaborative, with an emphasis on clear communication, stakeholder impact, and practical application of data skills, especially in contexts involving messy datasets and system-level improvements.
