I applied through college or university. I interviewed at JLR (Shannon) in Sep 2023
Interview
There was a technical segment and a standard interview segment. The technical segment was quite simple, in C. The interview segment included a few questions about myself and a few questions about the company.
I had to name the OOP principles, I don't believe I had to explain them, but I did anyways. I also had to fix a switch statement and explain fall-through. I also had a few questions about myself (what is the driving force behind my life, what attracted me to JLR, etc. These questions should be pretty easy, just answer honestly).

I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at JLR (Solihull, Engeland) in Aug 2022
Interview
It was a 2-phase interview; the first one was with the recruiter (Nixor).
This was to just go over the job spec and your CV to see if you're a good fit.
If succesful you then have a interview with the UAT Manager, this will just consist of a 30/45 min call. Going through scenarios and what to expect in the work space (alot of walking)
There were 2 interviews, first stage virtual and then in person. HR team did not prep enough for the in person interview. I needed a calculator and pen which I had to borrow from the interviewer, also they did not give enough time for the questions.
