Interview
the initial interview process was easy
the final interview was quite challanging - like a test rather than getting to know you. you need to pick a topic to present about and then you get interviewed on that topic so be prepared

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at JLR (Poona) in Oct 2023
Interview
I interviewed for a software engineer position at Jaguar, and initially, I was excited to join the team. The interview process went smoothly, and I received positive feedback, securing the position. However, the enthusiasm quickly faded as the communication post-offer was disappointing. Despite multiple attempts to follow up via email, there was no response. This lack of communication left me uncertain about the status of my employment, which is unprofessional and concerning. I would advise potential candidates to be cautious when considering opportunities at Jaguar, as my experience suggests that their post-interview communication lacks the transparency and professionalism one would expect from a reputable company.
