I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at JLR (Londen, Engeland) in Apr 2023
Interview
Recruiter contacted with me via Linkedin and it was nice. First step of the interview was easy there were many questions regarding my current position and technologies I'm familiar with. Before the second step I was asked to prepare presentation with answers for the questions thar were send to me. During the second step one of the two interviewers (I think it was his first experience in this role) asked me many times to repeat my answers because he didn't understand my accent (English is not my native language, and also interviewer was not native speaker) but the second interviewer understood my answers without any issues. Unfortunately, the interviewer number one was the technical specialist. It was unpleasant for me to repeat my answers again and again and I felt complitely exausted at the end of this conversation. As the company didn't provide me any feedback except the email with formal answer I assume that the issue was in interviewer's (not)understanding my accent. I suggest the company not to involve non-native speakers in interviews with other non-native speakers.
