I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at JLR (Gaydon, England)
Interview
Virtual interview using teams. They did an introduction about the company, the team. Asked me to introduce myself and why I want to work here. Asked me to present a case study, asked a couple of behavioural questions. I went onto the next round for in person interview. which they have to reschedule. I declined the interview opportunity as I had receive another offer. The role I interviewed for is for a new team, the job description is very different to what was advertised. Rather than UX, it’s more like managing a design system created by their partnering consultancy. The role is very different to what I had expected.
Okay, but no results communicated. There were not communication about whether i got the job, however the job was still being advertised. The interview went well, it would have been good to provide some feedback on the outcome
