The whole process, from application to receiving the offer, took about one month.
I applied through LinkedIn. The first interview was held online — a one-hour conversation with a recruiter. It was a pleasant talk with standard questions, nothing tricky.
The second interview took place in person at their office. I met with the recruiter, my future team lead, and two team members. It lasted about an hour and a half. Again, the questions were quite standard, focusing on work and life experience. There was also a simple exercise on a laptop — just a quick check to see if I had any previous experience with support. It included three questions and a short writing task about how I spent my last weekend.
Around 3–4 days later, I received a call from the recruiter letting me know they wanted to offer me the job. Two days after that, I received the formal offer by email.
Overall, it was the best recruitment process I’ve experienced so far — well-organized, professional, and friendly.
