I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Just Eat Takeaway.com in Mar 2023
Interview
The slowest hiring process I have ever been involved in (first Hirevue interview was early December 2022 and final interview end of March 2023) so be prepared for a tedious experience in that respect.
Interviewers are generally nice and questions are not too difficult, they just require excellent understanding of the role and its requirements. Ultimately they are looking for cultural fit above all which you can’t really prepare for.

Interview
Had to do an individual task based on a prompt and submit a typed answer. Then did a group exercise which was very similar to individual exercise except as a team.
Whole process felt very impersonal and did not feel welcomed or valued at the interview.

Very long selection process which went on for over many weeks. Felt like by the end they were probably just using the process to generate ideas free of charge for the business!! Great recruiters who redirected my CV to a better suited role
