After a CV screening and first stage phone call, the next stage was quite frustrating. There were three members on the interview panel - one of whom had started with the company that week. The answers they were expecting were ones that demonstrated out the box thinking even if it wouldn't be realistic in the actual workplace. Why interview someone and base your opinion of their ability to deliver the role on answers that are pure fantasy.

Screening call followed by 45 min discussion with manager and potential colleague who was a current ops manager. Interview was fine with standard questions but never received any feedback or confirmation of outcome despite chasing several times. Very poor experience and would not recommend, the least you can do is advise the outcome.
