Process was not transparent. After the first interview, recruiter said she’d reach out with an update by the end of the week. The following week, she said that due to colleagues being on holiday, she’d wasn’t able to move forward with process yet. A few days later, the update was the role had been filled. Recruiter was unprofessional and kept candidates in the back burner to ensure we remained as options.

Interview
I was actively contacted via LinkedIn for a Process Manager role. I had 2 interviews, one with the Sr Director of the team and one with a Process Manager that was working in the company for 3 months. The interviews were straightforward with questions you usually hear, but the recruitment process seemed disorganized and there was no feedback after the 2 interviews - nor positive or negative. I have contacted the company 2 weeks after the 2nd interview and the operation lead was still deciding. It's been 5 months now and I have not received a feedback on the application, nor expecting to, but it would be nice if the company would improve the communication towards the candidates especially after 2 interviews.
