No talent acquisition screening interview, just a 45-minute multi person panel in person. They seemed to have to rush to get through all of their questions from a fixed list.
One interview with the lab managers and supervisors. Questions were typical of an interview for a CLS position. Simple process after applying online, was contacted by the lab manager to schedule the interview.

Applied for the position and in a week I was contacted by the recruiter after passing the skills test. Manager contacted me a couple of days later and scheduled a panel interview. I was then invited to an in person walkthrough after making it into the top candidates. Super unprofessional, they were all over the place and seemed in a rush for me to leave quickly. Was told I would be contacted in a couple of days for the role but they sent a no longer in consideration email the next day. Dodged a bullet.
