Question 1
Q: Why you want to work at Kaiser and what drew you to apply to this position?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Burbank, CA) in Apr 2021
Interview
The interview process was smooth covering both technical and behavioral questions. The interviewers make sure that you feel comfortable and part of the general culture of camaraderie. They care about their employees: both well being and growth (personal and professional). Highly recommend the Kaiser family.

Question 1
Tell us about a time when you had to solve a problem as part of a team.
Kaiser has several roles with the same job title but at different seniority levels. I had applied to a role only to receive an automated email informing me that I didn't have the right skills for that role. I then applied to a role at a less senior level and received a reply for an interview. The meeting seemed to go well but at the end of our time, I was asked why I didn't apply to their senior level role. Then I was told they were still interviewing and will get back to me. It's been 8 weeks and the only update I have received is that they are still interviewing candidates. It seems disorganized if their screening system screens out qualified applicants and then don't consider moving forward when they actually meet someone for a role they are more than capable of doing.
