Kaiser Permanente interview questions

Really laid back interview with the hiring manager. Felt more like a regular conversation between the two of us, rather than anything formal. Before asking any questions, the manager gave me some information about the role and what they were looking for. Sounded like they really needed to fill this position and seemed like I would receive an offer.

The interview was fairly easy with typical questions. (They will ghost you if you are not selected) However, one of the interviewers, who was a manager from another team, focused excessively on monitoring employees, time management, and expressed a strong preference against remote work. This emphasis made the interview uncomfortable, and I sensed that they would not hire me. I mentioned that I had successfully worked from home for over 5 years without any issues, which likely further contributed to their decision not to hire me.
