I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente
Interview
Getting hired at Kaiser can take a lot of patience. I had 14 seperate interviews over nearly 6 months before I was offered the job. In general terms, the higher level the management position, the more interviews you will have. They also believe highly in consensus decision making, so they want to get the opinions of many employees before making an offer.

Question 1
I saw all of the usual common interview questions (strength/weaknesses, why do you want to work here, etc). The most difficult question might have been "describe a time when you faced conflict or had to deliver bad news to a customer - how did you handle it?" Again, this is a common question, so I was prepared.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
Website for job application is a nightmare. that is the only way to get a foot in the door. Networking does not seem to help. HR generally is slow to respond.

Question 1
Tell me what you would do if you heard a rumor about someone and then you had to work with them. Would you assume it to be true or get to know the person first.
