Kaiser Permanente interview questions

I went through 3 rounds of interviews and they did not get back to me until four months later. Also, before my 2nd interview, the recruiter reached out to me on Sunday to let me know I had to create a detailed presentation a day before my interview. The whole process revealed to me that the organization lacked effective communication.

Recruiter called just to tell me I don’t pass my assessment test. Do they really call you just to tell you that knowing they have a lot of applicants? I think that was really cruel she sounded like she made a mistake of calling me but still I did not expect a call just to bring me bad news.
