I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Burbank, CA) in Oct 2023
Interview
I applied using the Kaiser website then got an email saying they would like to interview me. We then scheduled a phone interview- it was very informal in a way- my recruiter told me off the bat she just wants to have a conversation rather than an interview.

I applied online. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente in Jan 2023
Interview
Lengthy, long many rounds, takes weeks to hear back about another round and next steps. Recruiter changes throughout and takes longer than expected . Would be better if it was a little more efficient
I applied online. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Santa Clara, CA) in Oct 2023
Interview
Interview process was pretty straightforward. I applied online September 27. Had a phone interview/ pre screening with hiring manager October 20 and a zoom interview with hiring manager October 27 and offer from HR November 1. Hiring manager was very transparent and did a good job of being professional yet conversational and easygoing. He helped me feel at ease about the whole process and great communication with me if I had any questions about the process or Kaiser. It’s incredibly hard to get an interview, you need to be one of the first applicants to a position. It Also helps to know someone already in Kaiser to let hiring manager know you exist otherwise they may never even know you applied.
