Kaiser Permanente interview questions

I thought the interview with the staff went great but apparently I was wrong because they completely ghosted me afterward. I was told they'd be in touch with next steps and I never heard back from them, despite sending a thank you note and follow-up inquiry. I expected more from them and after reading about all the strikes, I think I may have dodged a bullet.
