I applied online. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente
Interview
Interview was not what was expected in the slightest. Panel members continuously harped on topics such as plumbing and welding when this was advertised as a plant operator position. There were two positions on Kaiser's website: "Operating Eningeer- Plant" and "Operating Engineer - Facilities", and I applied to the former. This may have been a mistake on HR's part, but the panel expected me to be experienced in every single trade when I expected to be interviewed for plant operations and maintenance. For the pay that was being offered, there was an unrealistically high level of knowledge they wanted across all trades.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Atlanta, GA) in Sep 2021
Interview
The interview process was very straightforward. I received a phone call that asked me some preliminary STAR format interview questions. Once I passed the pre-screening process I was invited to come into their main office in Duluth to interview. The entire interview process took about an hour. The questions were situational based also in the STAR format. Entire process took about 2 weeks.

Interview
Very different from other new grad residency interviews I've done. They had candidates present a 10-min PowerPoint presentation about their unique nursing journey and asked questions specifically about what you presented, so it was more personal than others.
