Had an online interview arranged within a week or two of applying for the Profiles division. The interview was with the team manager and a team member which I found odd as the team member would have been on the same level as me. The other thing I found odd was that they didn't have their camera's on. Felt like the manager had better things to do than the interview and weren't very prepared, she asked me about my experience in something and laughed after I finished speaking, she wouldn't accept my answer on another question even though it was about my experience. She also had to keep thinking of things to ask and was very open about doing so which showed there was no preparation.
