Question 1
Beaucoup de questions de motivation, peu de technique
Premier entretien avec les RH en viséo avec des questions basiques, un test de logique en ligne (logic reasoning test), plusieurs entretiens avec le responsable et l'équipe en présentiel au bureau.
A recruiter reached out to invite me for an introductory call, and we scheduled it for later that week.
An hour before the meeting, she reached out to reschedule for the following Monday, which was a bit frustrating but understandable. I replied shortly after and agreed to the new time.
Later, I encountered an issue with the scheduling link not working, so I asked her to resend it. No response.
I followed up again on Monday to confirm if the call was still happening. Still no reply.
She eventually responded late Tuesday night (10 PM) and suggested a call for the next day, Wednesday, between 1–2 PM. I replied first thing Wednesday morning, but I received no response or call.
At 1:30 PM, I followed up to ask if the call was still happening. No response.
I followed up again later that afternoon but heard nothing back.
At that point, I decided to withdraw from the process entirely and deleted my Klarna app. Too many red flags.
