The interview process had 3 rounds. 1. Remote coding, 2. Hands-on Technical Skills 3. Attitude Interview. The questions were fairly easy. But the interview expectation was not clear. Even when there was no obvious reasons, you can get a 'NO'. I think Klarna can be more considerate of the candidate also and make the interview expectations clear.

A bit of a long process, starting with a short call, then an online Qualified coding test with 3 questions (mainly string parsing) a 15min logical puzzle test over a video call (exercises such as: select the next picture of the progression ), and then two interviews for skills and behavior.

3. Take home coding test on Qualified.io (2 hours - 8 hours)
4. Problem solving / Algorithm Interview (75 Minutes)
5. Behavior Interview based on Klarna Leadership principles (60 Minutes)
6. System Design Interview (75 Minutes)
7. Behavior Interview based on Klarna Leadership principles with VP (30 Minutes)
8. Final offer (15 Minutes)
9. Team meeting (30 Minutes)
(Overall Interview is difficult. They interview you like Google/Facebook and will offer you salary which is of Software Engineer band in the market. Klarna select the team for you i.e. it may be good choice for Klarna business and bad choice for your career. Final offer has mandatory equity component which is not transparent and pretty bad deal. You will loose money with equity instead of any gains. )
