I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Klarna (Berlijn) in Oct 2019
Interview
I'm a senior dev with a masters degree from one of the biggest German universities and many years of experience writing mission critical software with the hottest technologies for several DAX companies, besides my accomplishments in IT I also learned to speak 5 languages on at least a conversational level, but I guess the fact that I didn't get enough points on their 15min "guess-the-next-shape"-test proves that I'm a dummy that's not even worth talking to.
Honestly the tasks weren't really difficult you just go to be really fast, in my case I got through 10/18 when I noticed that there's just a couple of minutes left, at which point I got anxiety kicking in and I subsequently rushed and messed up the rest. Anyway, I think the fact that this is a knockout-criteria even if everything else seems to fit is dehumanizing and insulting.
